Business scope & audience
Astrum Liquidity provides market-making technology and related services to token issuers and trading venues on a strictly business-to-business basis. We do not offer services to consumers, we do not provide investment advice, and nothing on this website constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.
Because our services are addressed exclusively to businesses, consumer dispute-resolution schemes (including the EU ODR platform) do not apply to this offering.
Liability for content and links
We prepare the content of this website with care; however, we accept no liability for its completeness, accuracy or timeliness. Market data shown on this site (including the order-book visualisation) is illustrative and does not represent live markets. External links lead to third-party content over which we have no control; the respective provider is responsible for that content. We will remove unlawful linked content promptly upon becoming aware of it.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026. This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit this website or contact us, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, and — insofar as we address businesses in the European Union — the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Controller
ASTRUM LIQUIDITY LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, e-mail: info@astrumliquidity.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not legally required to do so.
2. The short version
- No cookies. This website sets no cookies of any kind.
- No tracking, no analytics, no ads. We use no analytics tools, no tracking pixels and no advertising technology.
- No third-party requests. All resources — including fonts — are hosted on our own server. Your browser contacts no Google, Meta or other third-party servers when loading this site.
- No consent banner needed. Because none of the above exists, there is nothing to consent to.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (data centres in the EU). When you visit the site, the web server automatically processes the following data in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, HTTP status code, transferred data volume, referrer URL and browser/operating-system identification (user agent).
Purpose and legal basis: delivery of the website, stability and security of
our systems (detection and defence against attacks) — Art. 6 (1)(f) UK/EU GDPR (legitimate
interest).
Retention: log files are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period
(typically up to 8 weeks) and then deleted, unless a specific security incident requires longer
retention.
Processor: we have concluded a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with
IONOS. Hosting takes place in EU data centres; transfers between the UK and the EU are covered
by the respective adequacy decisions.
4. Local browser storage (no cookies)
The site stores a single technical flag (astrum-seen) in your browser's
sessionStorage so the loading animation plays only once per visit. This value contains
no personal data, never leaves your device, is not readable by us or any third party, and is
deleted automatically when you close the browser tab. As a strictly necessary, non-identifying
technical function it does not require consent under the applicable ePrivacy rules
(UK PECR / EU ePrivacy framework).
5. Contact by e-mail
If you contact us at info@astrumliquidity.com, we process the personal data you provide (name, e-mail address, message content) to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering business enquiries). We delete correspondence when it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial and tax law: 6/10 years) apply. E-mail is handled by our provider IONOS SE under the data-processing agreement referenced above.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16),
- erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18),
- data portability (Art. 20),
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21), and
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); if you are in the EU, the data-protection authority of your member state.
To exercise any of these rights, e-mail info@astrumliquidity.com.
7. No automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the website's functionality changes (for example, if a contact form or a newsletter is added) and indicate the date of the latest revision above.
